The use of services provided by Accelerator Network [hereafter referred to as “Accelerator Network”] constitutes agreement to these terms.
ACCELERATOR NETWORK RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO AMEND, CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR REMOVE PORTIONS OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AT ANY TIME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. THE CURRENT VERSION OF THESE TERMS IS AVAILABLE AT HTTP://SUPPORT.ACCELERATOR.NETWORK/TERMS.
The Accelerator Token is a utility token that is used to place compute orders at the Accelerator Network. Accelerator Network provisions math intensive computational services in exchange for Accelerator Tokens. Accelerator Tokens were distributed to the community for free during Q4 of 2017.
Accelerator Network orders are non-refundable. The performance or up-time of orders being fulfilled by the Accelerator Network are not guaranteed. Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Queue hold times are estimations of the actual hold time. Actual wait may vary from the estimation. You may skip the queue for an additional fee only when placing your order.
By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.
If you use the Services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.
If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or portions (unless otherwise specified) thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
By using any Accelerator Network service, you agree to submit to binding arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against Accelerator Network or its subsidiaries, its agents, its employees, its officers, or its owners, such disputes will be handled by an arbitrator of Accelerator Networks choosing. An arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association or the National Arbitration Forum will be selected. Arbitrators shall be attorneys or retired judges and shall be selected pursuant to the applicable rules. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator will be binding and final. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding on all parties. The Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state arbitration law, governs all arbitration under this Arbitration Clause.
Accelerator Network shall not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Accelerator Network makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Accelerator Network disclaims any warranty or merchant-ability or fitness for any particular purpose.
